Portugal Privé by Savoir Club

1. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

All bookings are considered on request and subject to availability confirmation by our partners.
Confirmation will be provided within a maximum of 48 business hours.
A booking is only deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment (100%), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. PRICING & SCOPE OF SERVICES

All prices refer exclusively to the land services and experiences included in the
itinerary.
Flights are not included and are managed externally through the GEA booking engine.
Savoir Club is not responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations made by
airlines.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY (LUXURY STANDARD)

Client-Initiated Cancellation
• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund, less a 5% administrative fee
• Between 59 and 30 days: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 30 days or no-show: The full amount is non-refundable

Amendments
All changes are subject to availability and may imply rate adjustments.

Cancellation by Savoir Club

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Savoir Club reserves the right to replace any partner service with one of equivalent or superior standard.
Should this not be possible, a full refund will be provided.

4. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Savoir Club processes personal data exclusively for booking management, invoicing, and the personalisation of the client experience.
We collect only the information strictly necessary to deliver our services, including identification details, contact information, and relevant travel preferences.
Client data may be shared, when required, with trusted partners involved in the delivery of the itinerary, including hotels, restaurants, transport providers, and selected collaborators.
All data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Payment transactions are conducted through SSL-encrypted secure gateways.
Personal data will be retained for the legally required period or until deletion is requested, provided this does not conflict with legal obligations.

5. CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE & COMPLAINTS

A dedicated 24/7 Concierge Service is available to all clients during their journey.
In the event of a dispute, clients may resort to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict
Arbitration Centre, in accordance with applicable law.

6. INSURANCE & PROTECTION

Included Travel Insurance
All packages include a Premium Travel Assistance Insurance, designed for the discerning traveller.
Coverage includes emergency medical assistance, repatriation, and support in case of lost or stolen luggage.

Minimum medical coverage: €50,000

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

Savoir Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, in
accordance with applicable legislation and operational requirements.
By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms &
Conditions in full.
